My paintings are essays about life and the fundamental existential conflict between, on the one hand the physical and organic condition of man (material) and, on the other hand, the spiritual and psychic (immaterial) longing. 
In order to transcend his condition as a mortal, man searches for immortality, by means of metaphysical phenomena such as an idealistic, artistic and spiritual search for truth and meaning
